Cosmetic Surgery

A few select surgical procedures and combinations are reflected below. Detailed surgical quotes are provided after consultation. Consultation fees do not apply towards surgery.

  • Surgery in the surgery center operating room under IV sedation or general anesthesia is available based upon examination and medical history. Cost includes pre-op visit (around 1-2 weeks prior to surgery date), surgeon’s fees, facility fees, anesthesia fees and post-op care.

Cosmetic Injections

  • Includes the following: 1) Injection with up to 50 units 2) post procedure evaluation ~14 days after injection. *Each additional unit beyond 50 units is $11 per unit.

  • Includes the following: 1) injection with one 1 mL syringe 2) post procedure evaluation as needed.

  • Includes first injection session with hyaluronidase (or steroid/5-fluorouracil mixture for filler granulomas). Additional injection sessions may be needed and are $350 for each additional injection session.

  • Includes first injection session with 5-fluorouracil and/or steroid. Additional injection sessions may be needed and are $350 for each additional injection session.

Laser Resurfacing - eCO2 Plus

Prices below include skincare products: one Alastin Procedure Enhancing Kit and one Alastin Soothe and Recovery Balm (Retail Value of $339) and a full face of eCOTone treatment (light laser peel) in the same session

There is a 20% discount off laser treatment prices for any patient who has either of the following within 18 months of the date of their most recent laser treatment: 

  • Previous laser treatment by Dr. Mettu.

  • Major self pay cosmetic surgery with Dr. Mettu (i.e. blepharoplasty, ptosis repair).

The discount also applies for patients who have laser treatment before surgery (20% of the laser treatment payment will be deducted from the surgical costs).

Self Pay Minor Office Procedures

  • Includes the following: 1) Chalazion/Stye surgery and an injection of anti-inflammatory medication (e.g. steroid) on one eyelid 2) One post procedure evaluation within 6 weeks which includes an additional anti-inflammatory injection if needed. Treatments thereafter incur additional fees. If more than one eyelid is to be treated in the initial session there is an additional $100 per eyelid.

  • Includes the following: 1) Chalazion/Stye injection with anti-inflammatory medication (e.g. steroid) for one eyelid. If more than one eyelid is to be treated in the same session there is an additional $40 per eyelid.

  • Includes the following: 1) Removal of one small lesion (i.e. does not require sutures). 2) One post procedure evaluation within 6 weeks as needed. Treatments thereafter incur additional fees. If more than one lesion is to be removed in the same session there is an additional $100 per lesion.
